it will take 3 days EXACTLY from babies to grow to children... (if you do the cheat on action replay max for babies to skip one child's birth to another child's birth then you may not get the baby how you want it to be). and if you need to know on the first sims all you need to do is just to get the relationship up to 100 and just keep kissing until it says 'shall we have a baby'... and on the sims 2 keep them kissing until a small box appears and then it might say somethin in the box... i don't know because i havent tried it yet...
