I wish I knew. Mine was deducted from my BMC student account Nov. 14. It is now Dec. 8 and I haven't gotten the check. BMC blames Sallie Mae. Sallie Mae won't answer my questions because the account technically isn't through them. I'm getting extremely frustrated.
