I just re-installed Victorian style low boy toilets from the 30's in a home i did work in. They are original to the house. They needed some new rubber washers and new seals on the floor, and a couple needed some new parts but they still work great after i was done. My point is, a good toilet if maintained can last a lifetime. Don't buy a cheap toilet from a home store. Call a plumber or go to a Plumbing supply shop and ask what they recommend for your needs. Toilets that are built well will flush better, clog less, and last longer. another thing to remember is the quality of you house water, and if it is filtered, softened, and the type of cleaners you use on and in your toilet. These all corrode parts faster. On the other side of the extreme i have seen a couple of bargain toilets in homes that i have had to replace after only a few years. You often get what you pay for.
It depends on how often you use it, what king it is, and how dirty it gets. but with proper care, a toilet will last your whole life.
How long does a toilet last
five years minimum
It takes about 10 or 11 minutes
23
24 hours, according to which toilet cleaner.
Well - that kinda depends (a) how many times the people in your place need the toilet and (b) whether they're using the toilet paper for something other than its primary purpose (for example they could be using it to mop up spills)
No it is not likely, as thegerm does not last long outside.
Normally 21 years 4 months and 13 hours and 15 minutes and give or take a few seconds, UNLESS someone has to remove the toilet to snake out the line then it has to be replaced and the time clock starts over again. Also if depending on the ambient temperature as the wax can melt if someone pours hot water down a toilet all bets are off on how long it can last and which brand of wax gasket you buy as per ASSE
You!
A standard toilet seat is 430mm long x 360mm wide.
Yes, as long as you seal the drain of the toilet you are removing.
No the standard toilet seat covers are for the standard round toilet seats. The universal will fit the long oblong shaped toilet seats.
a toilet is about 50 millon years old even though they were not always flushing but they are 50millon years old kayleigh i don't agree that a toilet is 50millon years i think a toilet is about how long you had it for example:if you had a toilet for 5 years then the toilet is about 5 years
Soz not soz it twas me. Lel
The plastic bag will not decompose but it may clog up the toilet.
The best way is to find some on sale in your local store
