Depends on how fast the taxi is going.
Hurry to the doctor. how could you wait that long and hope for help here? for gosh sakes, you might be quite ill! hurry. read this and take a taxi to the emergency room.
Ask any taxi driver.
You don't have to wait
This depends on how long you have to wait at the border. With a minimal border wait you it will generally take 35-45 minutes.
With the bus it takes around 1 hour or a bit more and you have to take bus X2, it costs 2.60 EUR. I reccomend that you take the taxi though as it only takes 20 min and you wont have to wait ages like you have to do for the bus.
You can take them at the same time, so you don't need to wait.
"A taxi" uses the indefinite article "a," so "a taxi" could refer to any taxi. "The taxi" uses the definite article "the," and therefore it refers to a specific taxi. Examples: "I will take a taxi to the airport." -- This means you do not yet know exactly which taxi you will take. "I will take the taxi to the airport." -- This means there is a particular taxi that you plan to use, such as the one across the street, taxi #34, the taxi that you have already requested to come pick you up, etc.
