Ojamuscle is a Normal Spell Card, and will only be on the field during the time that it is activated, and the end of that particular chain. In between this time, other effects can send it to the graveyard, like you could activate it and then chain Emergency Provisions and send it as the cost.
Ojamuscle's ATK boosting effect though is 'permanent', ie, it will remain on the selected Ojama King as long as it remains face-up on the field. If it is removed from the field, or flipped face-down, then the bonus is lost.
