How long does a person have to reopen a workers comp case??
Well I settled for 6000 case closed I know that another person got 3000 and open medical
Yes, you have three years to file for workers' compensation in Pennsylvania. After you return to work after receiving workers' compensation, you have, at least, 9.6 years to re-open the wage loss claim. The medical claim is for life.
First, you would need to become a licensed insurance agent. Once that has been accomplished, you can either work for an agency that brokers workers compensation insurance or open up your own firm.
i need to know how long it takes a cps case to close if all problems have been resolved!!!

A trustee can keep a case open anywhere from several months to several years if they discover assets. They are allowed time to collect the assets and then sell them. After that, they will notify and distribute the money to the creditors.
