Difficult question to give an exact answer to, mainly because we don't know what dark energy IS. We know it's there, we know it's been operating for at least seven billion years.
But whether it was always present and simply left no mark that we can measure, or whether it only started at that time, is something we can't know at this time.
The problem is that the presence of dark energy -- whatever it happens to be -- is very difficult to detect. Doing so requires very precise measurements of a lot of galaxies, and the error bars are not insignificant. As we collect more and better data over the decades, the answer to the above question will become more clear.
Solar energy has technically existed for billions of years, as it originates from the sun's nuclear fusion. However, the practical use of solar energy through solar panels and other technologies began in the late 19th century.
How long has the nation of Tibet Existed?
Santa has existed for as long as people have believed in him... many hundreds of years.
Dark energy. The current estimates for the distribution of mass/energy in the Universe are approximately: 68% dark energy 27% dark matter 5% baryonic (i.e. "normal") matter
Dark Energy Digital was created in 1998.
Dark matter and dark energy have NOT been detected yet, so any ideas about detecting dark energy and dark matter, whether it be directly or indirectly, is speculation for now.
No, sugar did not cause slavery. Slavery existed long before the United States existed, or the Americas were discovered by Europeans. In fact, slavery existed long before the European countries existed.
Dark energy is the force that is driving the expansion of the universe
Solar energy can be USED in the dark, but cannot be collected .
How long have ecosystems existed

By human made materials I take it you mean materials that would not exist but for human activity. Fossil fuels by definition have existed for millions of years and were made long before humans existed, similarly for uranium. Wind, solar energy, tidal and wave energy have always existed. I suppose you could include fuels made from crops, so called biofuels. Charcoal is also human made.
