There's no real evidence he existed at all. The general consensus among scholars is that there may have been a ruler of some sort in the British isles with a name similar to "Arthur", but that if there was, we don't know anything about him.
Unfortunately, there may not even be enough evidence to prove that he actually existed. And, if he really did exist, he would be long dead by now.
