That depends on the size and thickness of the burger. Larger ones will take longer to cook than thinner burgers. Fry them on one side until the top side begins turning a brownish tan color, then flip them and fry them on the other side until the burgers are brown and no longer pink inside. You can check the center with a knife for doneness.
