i dont think so your dog may have a disease that is bad for the people of hawaii
No. Any animal imported into Hawaii has to spend 4 months in quarantine anyway; it's a miserable place, trust me on this.
The answer is yes. Once you adopt a dog, it is yours and you can take it where ever you move. Keep in mind that some countries (and Hawaii) will require a quarantine period when the dog first arrives.
You are responsible for paying your own quarantine because you are on the dog owner's property.

If you want to buy a dog from Bangkok, the dog will have to go through inspections. If they pass a health check, they may have to be held for a quarantine period.
Usually it depends on the size of the dog. If its a small breed than no, you have to talk to the airline, (you have to have the dog in a cage) and tell them the situation. Most airlines allow animals where passengers sit, but you have to buy the dog a ticket If it is a big dog then, yes, you do have to put the dog below and the dog has to be in a cage/airline approved pet carrier. In Addition: If you are traveling to another country that requires animals to be quarantined, then yes, the dog will have to travel in quarantine.
