Forever, AFAIK. It's been about two years since I've been banned.
I've played Mario kart for a long time and i don't think it allows you to erase time trails
As long as Nintendo is still in business it seems they will always make Mario kart games. So I'd say that's a safe bet to make that they will.
you have to be in first for a very long time and keep items with you.
1 minite or 2 minite
It depends on what kinds of games you enjoy playing. If you enjoy action-adventure games, get Zelda. If you enjoy racing games, get Mario Kart. If you like both, get both (as long as you have the money for both, of course).
It depends on what you do. If you hack you get an IP ban
Marty is real but Nintendo did not make him he's a fan character mainly the "Green Thwhomp" in Bowsers Castle in Mario Kart 64 he is in a cage (probably because he was too aggressive to be an obstacle in the race track or something) he makes a very weird face and Nintendo confirmed "Marty is not real he is a fan made fictional character" nobody knows where the name Marty generated for this green thwhomp or who first said it but he has been made playable once in Mario Kart 64 through a character texture hack so he is playable via cheats as is "Crash" too via texture hack so if you find the code then yes he is technically unlockable so look around in the internet you may be lucky to find the code (sorry for the long answer)
you have to play for a long time
A long time, For 1 level of Mario kart it took 3 mintues Imagine doing that every level and for cutscenes
As long as you legitimately own the software, it's not actually illegal to modify it. It may technically be a violation of the EULA. If you're talking about copying it for unauthorized distribution... yeah, that's illegal. If you own Mario kart as in like Nintendo do, you can hack it. If you own copyright permission from NINTENDO then you can mod it. If you illegally get codes from the internet to hack in then its illegal. Using action replay is legal.
This really depends on what type of games you like. If racing is your fave then choose Mario kart. i really don't know about Super Mario Galaxy, but super smash bros brawl has fighting, no blood, and a nice long adventure mode.
