Iceland winters are from September to April. In winter, November, December and January are the darkest months, but the sun does still shine. When there is snow on the ground, there can be four to five hours of daylight.

That's quite difficult to answer as the number of hours changes parabolically from equinox to equinox; but an approximation would be average 15,5 hours per day for the 3 months of summer would give you a rough figure of 1891 hours of daylight in the summer.
