The time to get to the first floor, and from there to the second, is about two minutes using any of the two main elevators (they make the trip from ground level to 2nd floor and back in 8 minutes).

At 2nd floor level, you may have to wait a few minutes, as the capacity of the third floor is limited (400 people max), and the last elevator smaller.
