A average teen normally sleeps for about 8-9 hours a day but it really just depends on your body because some people need more sleep than others
No, unless she is ill
Teens need to get plenty of sleep so they can concentrate in school because as a teen is the most important time of your life to stay healthy. If it is the night before a test then an average teen should get 9-10 hours of sleep
I think school days should be shorter well since I'm a teen and we are doing a speech on this and it says teens need 8hrs of sleep (which I don't always) it can effect how long they sleep.

i think that depends on the teens lifestyle.... for a 'bedtime' there shouldn't be a concrete time as long as the teen gets up in the morning without trouble u know they are getting enough sleep. some sleep about 8 to 9 hours each night
Sleep deprivation which can cause all kinds of problems if you are a adult you should get at least 8 hours, if you are a teen you should get more.
8-9 hours

A teenager needs 8 1/2 to 9 hours sleep a night to be able to function at their peak so they should go to sleep at a time that allows them to get that much sleep.
As long as possible.
You should never sleep with an eletric blanket.
Your teen can get to sleep quickly by putting two small bedside lamps by them and having them on. They should read for 5-10 minutes and then turn one light off. They should mabey write a diary of they day and calm down NOT WATCH TV that does not calm down the brain. After they have wrote a diary they should turn the second light out and try and get to sleep and they should get to sleep quite quickly. When you leave a light on your brain thinks its daytime and it can give headaches.
