As long as you are healing, you don't have to go back to have new stitches put in.

If you have not smoked in several days to to a molar removal, perhaps you should use this oportunity to defenetly stop smoking.

So long as they're healthy and not causing problems with your jaw, there's no need to have wisdom teeth removed. Everyone's teeth are different, so any decision to keep or remove wisdom teeth should be made in conjunction with your dentist and/or orthodontist.
I just had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and 2 molars about a week ago. My bleeding lasted about 8 or so hours. So Im sure it varies by person and how much of a bleeder you are.
It is advised to wait 24 hours before drinking after this procedure.
