At least 30 seconds with warm water.
A quick scrub with WARM soapy water should clean your balls just fine! ;-)
It may be easiest to remove panel by panel and lightly scrub with a soft brush and soapy water.
if you did not burn anything while cooking, your best bet is to hit it with hot soapy water and a sponge, then rinse with hot water. however if you did burn the pan you will want to soak it in hot soapy water and buy a grill scrub and scrub it with that.

It is fairly easy to clean microfiber shoes, you only need a bowl of soapy water and a cleaning cloth. Gently scrub the shoes, paying close attention to any stains, then let them air dry.
