We live in the year 2004, and you are asking how long you should wait for your boyfriend to make a commitment?! Why don't you make a commitment to him! Blokes are weird like that, hes probably just happy the way things are. They get too comfortable. I was with my bloke for four years before I got fed up with it and I said to him that either we made a commitment to each other or Id be going off to university and wouldn't be back for him. It shook him up enough to marry me, and another four years later, we are still together, and its the best thing we ever did! Sometimes you have to kick them up the bum a bit, you know?
