I would say it would depend on wheter she filed the divorce or it was filed on her.
If she filed it, I would say at least a few weeks or so just in case it's not final or there is moving arrangements going on.
If it was filed on her maybe a month at tops because she might take a bit to recover and again there may be arrangements going on.
