Technically, you cannot drive from Paris to London, as London is in England, and Paris is in France. England is an island, and there is no road bridge/tunnel that connects the two. You either have to drive and take a boat, or fly.
However there are several car ferries (boat) (90 mins) and the Eurotunnel shuttle trains (35 mins) so in reality driving is an option. Google Maps estimates the total time, using shuttle train, as 5 hrs 26 mins, depending on traffic, which sounds about right.
Bear in mind, having a car in central London and central Paris is more of a nuisance than a benefit. Parking is expensive, London has the daily Congestion Charge, both cities have traffic jams at peak times... If you leave your car behind, you can take a Eurostar passenger train from London to Paris in 2hrs and 15 mins. - city center to city center. I did this last week quite cheaply. Top speed 186 miles an hour, averaging for the 308 miles about 136 MPH. Clean, quiet and smooth. Beats driving IMHO.
