The only way to treat a twisted bowel is to undergo a surgery called laparotomy. This is a minimally invasive surgery and will put the intestines back into a natural position.
First, you cannot "transmit" any body part or organ. Second, no one can make the anal sphincter return to a normal closure or the rectum to normal 'length' unless it is done surgically. However, the surgery would require a colostomy where they resection the bowel (intestines) because the person will not be able to have a bowel movement during the months of recovery. NOTE: Damage done by having anal sex is usually NOT reversible. The sphincter will be stretched.
