My hair was between my shoulder blades before i cut it to my chin. I left the treatment in my hair for two weeks w/flat iron it everyday. After 2 months later my hair is below my shoulder now. And make sure to wash hair at the least every two weeks with low sulfate shampoo and conditioners.
