You should clean your nose piercing with antibacterial (Dial) soap twice a day for the first week that you have it. After that first week, reduce cleaning to once a day. Be sure not to overclean as you can cause moderate to severe irritation to your piercing.

Ahhh...You don't remove the jewellery from a nostril piercing to clean it, you do that with the jewellery in place during a bath or shower under running water. If you remove it before it is completely healed you will have issues getting it back into place and prolonging the healing period and possibly damaging the piercing.

In my experience, all you will need to do is spray it with piercing antiseptic spray twice daily until it has healed (and even after that, if it starts to hurt/swell). DO NOT take it out before the piercing has healed (generally 1 - 2 months after initial piercing), even to clean it and put it back in.

Piercing aftercare is a daily routine from now till the day you choose not to have the piercing. You need to clean every piercing every day until the piercing is healed and that usually take about a year for the piercings to be considered seasoned and properly healed. Then you need to clean them when you shower of bath, failure to do so can lead to material build up, bumps, bubbles and other rude things that can happen.

About 7 weeks, though its better to keep it in as long as possible, once you get it periced, you can change the ring, but dont keep it out for more than a min.
