How long will it take the weight to come off if you've been on Lexapro for 2 and a half years and you finally weaned yourself off 2 weeks ago but you still have brain shivers every once in a while?

I think you may have weaned off to qickly. Did you wean YOURSELF off, or under a doctors care?? The "brain shivers" are a side effect of coming off Anti-depressents too quickly. Please see a Healthcare Professional soon. As far as weaning goes , you probably need 3-6 weeks to feel better. Good LUCK! The weight comes off SLOWLY>
