In theory, yes. But in reality, probably not. Getting across the Channel into Western Europe is easy but this where it would be the issue. Going through Turkey (which again wouldn't appear to be an issue) would require driving across Iran and Pakistan then into India. The other and longer way would require driving north through Western Europe through Russia and the CIS states then through either Iran, Afghanistan, or Pakistan or from the CIS states through China but these areas have numerous mountains and other obstacles.
