This is an answer that is different for everyone. Marijuana is a drug that stores itsself in your body fat, so the time it takes to get out of your system depends on a number of different things, not only your weight and height, but also the grade of the weed, your metabolism, how much and how often you smoked, etc.

The rough estimate is somewhere around a month, so word of advice, if you're about to have a drug test stay away from the reefer, my good friend. Unless you have some ultra-cool way of beating a piss test or something. And in that case I would like to know about it. :]

Most sources say THC will remain in a person's fat cells for around 2-4 weeks depending on various factors. Body weight being one of them. As I have stated, it is important to understand that THC is stored in one's fat cells. Therefore, the more fat you have, will probably mean the longer it will stay in your system. However, a very good way to reduce this time, is to exercise and try to sweat out the THC. Drink an adequate amount of liquids, and exercise as much as possible to reduce the length of it in your system.
