Depends how long you've been smoking consistently.

On average probably 21 days. I've taken drug tests three weeks and a month after not smoking and passed both times. It could be anywhere up to a month though. The more water you drink and the faster your metabolism (sounds like yours is fine at 140 lbs) the shorter THC will stay in your fat.

Unfortunately, the question really has no meaning, because if you get called for random or for cause testing, you are not going to be given 3 or 4 weeks to show up. You will lose your job. You will lose your reputation. If you are on probation, you will go to jail. Its a bad scene all around. The bottom line is, if you don't want to test positive, then don't do the drugs. Simple, but effective, and the quality of your life will eventually go way up. I'm not saying its easy to stop - you are going to have to work for it - but, in the end, it is worth it.

its not how much you smoke or weigh its how much body fat you have because THC stores in your fat cells so the more body fat you have the longer it stays in your sytem the for the average person it usually take 1 to 1 1/2 months to naturally get rid of THC from your body, but you can "flush" your body of THC by taking 3-4 dietary pills known as niacin, and if you choose this option you must make sure to drink a lot of water or it wont work. You can also work the THC out of your sytem by burning fat cells from working out, sitting in a sauna etc...

If you smoke it every day, it's gonna be in your system every day. If you STOP, you probably want to wait 45 to 60 days before you take a drug test.
