Attack pheromones are not so much in your system as on the surface of your skin and can easily be washed off. However, washing is not necessarily possible immediately after being stung and so the answer is to disguise the smell with another. Beekeepers often give the sting site a puff of smoke from their hive smoker to hide the pheromone. Anything with a scent should work, but it is better not to use something with a flowery scent because this itself could attract attention from bees.
