Exercise has nothing to do with it unless you can burn away all of the fat in your body. If this is the only time you've smoked before or at least for three weeks, it will only be in your system for about 15 days or less.

∙ 14y agoIt depends on two things, your weight, and the quality of the marijuana smoked. THC is not water soluble so it is stored in fat cells. Fortunately for water soluble drug users such as crack, meth, and heroine addicts, they can piss clean in a matter of days. UNFORTUNATELY marijuana users must carry the drug in their bodies any where from 3 weeks to even a year or more. Depending on how physically active. lose fat= lose pot. store fat=store pot.
My best advice is to limit your intake of the drug and keep very well hydrated. However if you are too hydrated it is possible your sample may be rejected due to the crystal clear appearance of your sample. A daily supplement of the vitamin B's will insure the sample has the proper yellow tint. This "flushed sample" technique entailed here is your only safe bet. DO NOT TRUST ADDITIVES THAT PROMISE TO CLEAN YOUR SYSTEM. Just ask any drug offender in prison.
