∙ 14y agoIf you have smoked a pack a day since middle school, you might've done a massive amount of damage to your body depending on the time that has passed. If you only smoked one pack and then quit, you probably didn't do too much damage.
There is no definitive way to tell when you will die and cigarettes do not take off a set amount of your life. Here's the thing though, every cigarette will damage your body and the more damage you've done to your body, the more likely you'll have health problems. Regardless of how long you've been smoking, it would be a smart idea to quit as soon as possible.
