In my opinion, from my research HIV has been shown to survive for weeks outside the body on counter tops etc. Persons have developed HIV after no intimate contact whatever but only by being near HIV patients. The disease is politically protected and part of the change in the DSM that occurred in the early 1980s from when homosexuality was considered to be sexual deviant conduct. By giving tainted blood across the country, social unrest and threats, the DSM was changed to accommodate homosexuality. In many countries they were now pushed into considering talking ill about homosexuals as a hate crime. Spending intimate and non-intimate time with homosexuals infected with HIV or many other conditions carried by many homosexuals puts you in peril. Many feel this erosion of our moral, intellectual and spiritual standards is destroying our society, our values and all things we hold dear.

Because this disease is contagious, if people sneeze someone might get infected. Also, if you have swine flu and you open a door after sneezing, the next person who puts their hand on the door and puts their hand in their mouth is infected. Please don't spread germs!

How can someone with flu infect someone else?

The flu is spread when infected people speak, sneeze or cough sending infected droplets through the air and we inhale that air. The virus can also be picked up by our hands after touching doorknobs, counters, handrails, escalator rails, pencils or any object. An infected person can sneeze into their hands thinking they are containing their infected droplets, then open a door depositing the germs on the door knob. The next person opens the door and gets the germs on his own hands then touches his nose or mouth completing the transmission.

What are the things which aids is not transmitted?

AIDS is the disease caused by HIV infection. HIV is spread through bodily fluid contact - blood, vaginal fluids and semen primarily. If you don't have contact with these bodily fluids, your risk of being infected with HIV is extremely low. HIV cannot survive outside the human body, so you are not at risk from having contact with common public items, such as toilet seats or door handles.
