Love is the source of many crazy things. Living in Mexico is just one of them.
Slavery would not be secure if Texas remained part of Mexico
Right.

Evaporate before it reaches the ground, potentially.
A raindrop would be sphere-shaped if it were floating in space or in the air, but because it does not float, but falls toward the Earth, the raindrop encounters resistance by the air. As the drop passes through the air, the relative motion of the air past the diameter of the spherical drop creates a slight vacuum at the top of the raindrop and that vacuum draws the top of the raindrop upward, creating the Why_are_raindrops_shaped_like_pear_instead_of_a_ballshape.

What would you do if you had to live in Mexico and you had to deal with a lot of rainfall? How many people do you think would hate Mexico?
I would say that the size of raindrop determins the shape along with the amount of gravity!!!
Globus has a couple wonderful escorted tour to Mexico. I would highly recommend any of them. Below are the links to the tours: http://www.globusjourneys.com/Product.aspx?trip=9YC&source=toursearch http://www.globusjourneys.com/Product.aspx?trip=9YM&source=toursearch
It depends on what you mean by size: its length, volume, surface area or even its mass.
