Sadly, Amtrak does not go to Colorado Springs. The only transportation between Albuquerque - Colorado Springs - Denver is by car, bus, or plane. That's not entirely true. Amtrak will take you from Albuquerque, NM, to Trinidad, CO; at which point you can take a motorcoach, coordinated through the Amtrak website for bussing to Colo Spgs...it would be an additonal two hours.
