as long as the job were satisfactory to both parties and everyone was satisfied.
Someone asking how much they should expect to pay for professional exterior house painting can generally expect prices to range from £1,000 to £5,000 in the UK, depending on the size and condition of the property. Smaller homes with good access and minimal repairs will sit at the lower end of the scale, while larger or multi-storey properties requiring scaffolding and extensive preparation will cost more. Quality paint and thorough surface preparation also influence the final price. Professional painting & decorating services typically provide a detailed quote after assessing the property, ensuring the homeowner understands exactly what is included. Established companies such as Adam's Painting & Decorating will factor in labour, materials, preparation, and access requirements to give an accurate estimate.

They would advertise their services and people would hire them. Or, they would become a partner with a larger organisation who could outsource work to them.
It depends on the country. Try Google "minimum employment age yourcountry" I would expect at 14 you can work but may be entitled to more breaks and not work as long as an older person.
