If you already helped Lorelei then you need to go get the Sapphire on Six island head south and go to Dotted hole use Cut to open the door go down the hole then fall down the holes in this sequence: Up, Left, Right, Down then take the sapphire but it gets stolen so now head to five island head east and go into the rocket warehouse find the guy who stole your sapphire and battle him win and you will get it back now take that to One island and give it to Celio in the Pokemon center if you can't remember who he is he is the guy near the big machine now he will link your game with hoenn now you can trade between ruby and sapphire and emerald and even Pokemon colosseum and Pokemon xd gale of darkness.
