If a person has any heatbeat (no matter how slow), they are classified as alive. Sportsperson's heartbeats are consistently low (around 30bpm) since they have become very efficient due to the amount of exercise that they participate in.
Low metabolic rate (hibernation) requires low O2 consumption, which requires low cardiac output, which results in low heart rate.
because you are active at night, so the heart has no reason to beat faster.
you should go to your doctor. it could be bradycardia. my mum has just found out she's got it. her heart beat when she's sitting is at 41 aswell. her symptoms - feeling really tired, having no energy, dizzy..ect that's a really low heart beat. make sure you get it checked out... having a heart beat that low isn't good. you should go to your doctor. it could be bradycardia. my mum has just found out she's got it. her heart beat when she's sitting is at 41 aswell. her symptoms - feeling really tired, having no energy, dizzy..ect that's a really low heart beat. make sure you get it checked out... having a heart beat that low isn't good.
Yes. your heart dosent need to beat that many times at night because you are relaxed and your pulse rate is low
It shouldn't. It may cause low blood pressure that can cause your heart rate to increase but that's a stretch.
It was around 25 resting, he had something which is basically 2 single beats of the heart and then the 3rd would be a double beat (double beat being the usual) this is why resting it was so low, however when you do sport with this your heart beat turns to a normal double beat everytime and so the difference in during and before was high, unfortunately i do not know what his rate was during exercise
Decrease heart rate & increase cardiac output
Because they have to keep training and their heart has probably got used to how fast it has to beat per minute! i think that's right ask you'r parents if u need to! but if you'r an adult then ask a friend or someone else!
Also known as braycardia, a low heart rate is one which beats below 60 beats per minute. A healthy heart should beat between 60 and 100 beats per minute whilst resting. Some of the causes of low heart rate include age, diseases which attack the heart (coronary artery disease, heart attack etc.), a low thyroid level, excess potassium, and medicines which treat blood pressure such as beta-blockers.
A decrease in the pH level causes the heart to beat faster.
low blood pressure causes what is called [reflex tachycardia] where the body realize that not enough blood is reaching the cells, so it stimulates the heart to beat more quicker
It possible to die from on overdose of betablocker. They work on the conduction system of the heart. Too much can cause life threatening slow heart beat and low blood pressure.
