No one knows. People keep on find new ones. Right now I think there are over 64.

Pac-Man doesn't exist in Mario Kart DS.
Toad is a little mushroom man with a huge thing on his head that is probably supposed to be the top of a mushroom.

It is Galaga it was made in 1979 and Pac-man was made a year after (1980)
Unlikely. Aside from the Arcade GP series spin-offs, which feature Pac-Man and a few others, all Mario Kart games have had Mario characters exclusively, and Nintendo probably won't want to change that. After all, it is Mario Kart.
Sure... (Man are you KIDDING me?!?!) Well, she always gets kidnapped by Bowser. (People think its because he has a crush on her.) She's the princess of The Mushroom Kingdom. (People also think Peach has a crush on the hero, Mario.) And if you played Mario Kart Wii, you would know she was ANNOYING as a baby.

Toads are little mushroom type people. THE Toad is the specific Toad who is in games like Mario Kart or Super Mario Sluggers. He has a hat with red spots.

That is the most varied question anyone could possibly ask. If your talking about very very old games...there is pack man and such. Genre-wise, there is everything from pack man to the famous Super Mario, mario kart, old style-arcade shooter games. There are too many to say. Some of the ones I am fond of are Doom, Resident Evil, Mortal Kombat, Mario Kart, and the old pokemon stadium. Though Resident Evil and Mortal Kombat have both been remade to have better graphics and work for the newer consoles.
