That is 208 square feet. Since the tiles are a square foot each, then in theory, you'd only need 208. But if they are not placed evenly, or you start placing from the center, you might need as many as 28 more (16+13-1).

That would be 6 boxes of floor tile, assuming that you get 40 per box. For the thicker industrial grade tile, you'd get less in a box.
