Yes it will the trim clips are made different in 1968 my understanding is you have to add them after you measure a 68 for spacing and use a 68 seal and trim but the window glass is supposed to be identical. I had researched this because I have a 67 notchback coupe that needs a replacement window.
notchback and the fastback, why they did this I don't really know but they were both cool.

There were 5,352 1967 Barracuda Fastback Formula S 273 V8 235 hp 4 barrel's built that year. I cannot find any info on how many of those were 4 speeds and how many were automatics.
