The word Bible is not anywhere in the Bible

The Biblical term for the Bible is "the Holy Scriptures" (2 Tim. 3:15, NKJV) or simply "the Scriptures" (John 5:39.NKJV)(Romans 1:1-3,NKJV)

2 Timothy 3:15

and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.

In the verses quoted above, the authors are referring to the Old Testament. None of the New Testament is referred to in the Bible as the books which comprise the New Testament were written before they were assembled into the canon which became the NT.
