Several thousand clergy of the Catholic church were killed in the concentration camps for protesting against the Nazis, but the Nazis themselves were Christian, and only attacked other Christians if they resisted Nazi authority. Most Christians in Germany cooperated with or participated in the Nazi party.

They also killed about 2,000 Jehovah's Witnesses (a branch of Christianity).

Although many killed in the concentration camps may have been atheists, that

was not the reason for their collection. As an example most of the soviet citizens would have been atheists.

I don't know if those stats were kept. I do know there were over six million Jews murdered just because they were Jews. That is a sad part of history.
