There are approximately 3.2 billion base pairs in the human genome. Base pairs incorporate two DNA molecules, leading to about 6.4 billion bases (1:1 ratio between nucleobases and DNA, since nucleobases are part of DNA). Since most cells contain the whole genome (T-Cells do not, but...), we can estimate 6.4 billion bases * about 10^14 (rough amount of cells in a human), giving 6.4e24 (6.4 * 10^24) DNA molecules.

This is a very rough estimate.
