The Elder Scrolls is a game series, of which number five is the most popular (the one with dragons). It is a game of which you get to explore the land of Skyrim, doing quests for people you meet. You can choose to be a warrior, archer, mage, assassin, or other things. The story is dragons once lived with humans, but they became apart from each other, and became enemies. The humans had victory, and killed off all the dragons. Or so they thought. Dragons where never dead, but just asleep. And now they are awakening again, and attacking the people again. Only one, the dragon born, who has the power to speak the language of the dragons, and completely kill them off by absorbing their souls. You are the dragon born, and your main goal is to free the land from the dragons once and for all.

As far as I know you can just feed and become a stage one vampire. At that stage people wont automatically kill you. Just ask you if you are felling sick or you don't look well.
Yes, it is indeed possible to get all the Words, as you simply need to find all of them. (Be warned that some can only be found during certain quests.) As for dragon souls, you simply need to find more dragons to kill... that part shouldn't be too hard. (Please refer to the related link below for location and more details.)
you can either sneak and not be seen or follow them until they're not around anyone else
