It is very hard to be an EMT. It takes 18-24 months, or more. Before you become a paramedic, you will have to become an emergency medical technician - basic (EMT-B). Some states use different terminology, but they are all generally the same. Take preparatory classes. States require different amounts of training to become a paramedic. Potential paramedic students need to at least complete anatomy & physiology, electrocardiography (ECG), algebra and at least a 10th grade reading comprehension. In most states, paramedic training is considered vocational, with little opportunity to complete two- or four-year degrees. However, there are states - such as Washington - that require a two-year degree as the minimum for paramedic education.
I am pretty sure it is called a centavo.
To graduate, you typically need to pass all required courses and maintain a certain GPA set by your school.
Each course has a number of credits. As you pass each course you accumulate those credits to your favor. In order to obtain a bachelors degree in any field you need to earn at least 120 credits to graduate. You may take any number of courses, but you need to earn a minimum of 120 credits at the end of a 4-year graduate course.
Doubtful. Most (all?) accredited schools require a bachelor's before considering someone for graduate courses. You don't need a bachelor's in Health Systems Management, any field works, though you may have to take some pre-requisite coursed before taking the graduate courses.

Yes, it is possible to take undergraduate courses after graduation. Many universities offer opportunities for post-graduate students to enroll in undergraduate courses for personal or professional development. You may need to meet certain requirements or obtain permission from the university to do so.
It depends on which courses the graduate school is requiring. If the courses are within the freshman or sophomore levels, then taking them at Brookdale Community College would be fine. Just make sure the required courses are not junior or senior level courses.
