If ur talking about Hard drive space i would recommend about 500GB. but that's just me... im a mainstream computer player. it might be different for other people

You need a total amount of free hard drive space equal to your operating system's recommended free space, plus the recommended free space for each program and game you want to install, and room for expansion. Your drive should be no more than 80% full at any time for optimal performance. For RAM, you would want double the recommended value for your most demanding game. For example, if you want to play a game that recommends 2 GB of RAM, you should try and have 4 GB installed.
Generally, it depends on your use.
RAM: Most modern systems now have about 2 GB, but 1 GB would be fine depending on your use. Some operating systems are happy with less RAM but some want even more. My Debian system would be OK with 512 MB of RAM until I use it for heavy I/O.
Hard drive: 160 GB is usually the norm on modern systems, but some systems have less or more. If you plan on doing some serious video editing work, you will need lots more. Currently, I only use about 20 GB of my hard drive space.
In the past computers have run on as little as 32mb or less but now operating systems need a lot more and depending on what you are doing with your computer eg wordprocessing or video authoring this affects the size you need but as a guide windows 98 to XP Pro ect will run on a 10Gig drive very well "you could go a bit smaller" but you will limit your space for file storage while Windows vista needs at least 20 Gig but usually you would use much bigger drives as they are becoming cheaper. To author video you need at very minimum 120Gig to not stress your machine, and preferably the 120Gig as a D drive used by the video program exclusively.
That REALLY depends on what you intend to use the computer for. Some things may require more, others much less. You may not even need a computer for smaller tasks, such as listening to digital music.
The average computer you can buy today offers approximately 2 GB of RAM (memory space used make calculations and run programs) and approximately 500 GB of disk space (storage for things to keep when the computer is turned off).
At a guess, that's probably what you want. I'm sorry, the question is so general that I can't be specific.
It varies on what the computer is going to be used for. Normal everyday stuff like checking emails and Surfing the web and 2 gb should be enough, gaming will be around 4-8, video editing I'd say anything over 8+ should be enough.
Answer: It depends....
Answer: Different programs (this includes games) use different amounts of memory. Check the requirement of specific games, for example on the manufacturer's website.
personal all depends on what u want it for :)
laptop 148 is fine :)
A computer can have very few gigs and still be fast. What you are looking for is RAM (Random Access Memory)
it depends upon the game setup and its versatality
gigabytes is a measurement of memory. so basically, how many gigabytes you have left on your computer is how much memory you have left.
YES... there is 1,000MB in one GB...
GB stands for Gigabytes and is used to measure how much space you have on your hard drive.
Computer storage does not have any mass.
1000 MB = 1 GB Not much, compared to 1 GB is roughly: 30/1000 MB
5 billion GB
It will hold about 80 gb
Depends on the computer. I'd have to say that a standard pc has anywhere from 2-4 gigabytes of RAM.
For RAM, a modern computer with a modern operating system needs about 1-2 gb minimum. For Disk space, about 16 GB is sufficient.
40 GB it has more memory. But it really depends on how much you want to spend.

2500 mb and 2,500,000 kb good for flash, bad for computer
