Well, I believe you can buy the new zombie maps right off of XBOX Live and I already have the first and second ones. My brother heard from his friend that supposedly a new Zombie map called Zombie Infected was supposed to come out soon, but I haven't heard or seen anything about it yet. I'm guessing they will make a new zombie map, Zombie Infected, in probably the next month or so. So if you haven't got the new maps or Zombie maps, you should be able to click on a DOWNLOADS section at the main menu of COD 5, and it will take you to a screen where you can redeem your Microsoft points so you can download new maps.

For Call of Duty World at War it was 3 months before the 2nd map pack was released. That would take you to early may before you would get a new Zombie map and another 2 months later or early July 2011 Rezurrection DLC will include the 4 WAW maps Nacht der Untoten, Verrückt, Shi No Numa, & Der Riese along with 5 new maps including zombie map Moon and is the 4th DLC

This will take over an hour because the Xbox/ ps3 is not use to the pc maps.
