Hispanic Americans had a presence in every battle of the European Theater during World War II. Between 250,000 to 500,000 served during the war. Approximately 25,000 Native Americans served in World War II. Most of those who left the reservations to fight the war did not return there after the war.
The data I have read on WW2 troops does not list ethnicity beyond Black, white, Native American, and Asian. It is only in recent history that Hispanic Americans have been listed as a ethnicity in it's self.

Hispanic Americans were significantly affected by World War II, as many served in the military and contributed to the war effort on the home front. They faced both opportunities and challenges, including discrimination and segregation in the armed forces and in civilian jobs. The war also spurred a greater visibility of Hispanic culture and identity, leading to increased activism for civil rights and social justice in the post-war period. Additionally, the demand for labor resulted in programs like the Bracero Program, which brought Mexican workers to fill labor shortages in agriculture and other industries.
