There are currently 100 WikiGuides in WikiAnswers Community Outreach. Although WikiGuides may choose between a WikiGreeter, Talent Scout, or Forum Fanatic badge, all WikiGuides may participate in greeting new contributors, regardless of which badge they chose.
Do WikiGuides give badges out?
WikiGuides have badges they use for messages on the message boards. They do not give WikiAnswers badges out that go on the profiles.

Yes, 10 a year old can be on WikiAnswers. However, they cannot state their age on the site or be a part of any group, such as WikiGuides or WIT.
