Not a single city in Colorado has a Kroger store - they operate here under the King Soopers and City Market names (with King Soopers being more common on the Front Range and eastern parts of CO, and City Market being more common on the Western Slope and other western parts of the state). All cities will have at least one.

Yes. Kroger (parent of King Soopers) purchased Cub Foods locations in Colorado. Some stores were converted to King Soopers stores (Highlands Ranch, Littleton and eventually Glendale), while other stores were spun off to specialty grocers, such as the Aurora store on Parker Road, which became an H-Mart Korean hypermarket.
