If you had to figure out how many liters were in 1.75 kiloliters you answer would be: 1,750 liters
if you had 1.5 liters of water, how many milliliters would you have?
That would be 1000*1.6=1600 liters

You haven't stated dimension units. Convert them to cm, multiply them by each other and then divide by 1000
Ford just refers to it as the 390 but it would be ( around 6.4 liters )
