There are two different set of people that can be called Ohio Congressmen and they are the 99 members of the state House of Representatives and the 18 US Members of the US House of Representatives alloted based on state population. However by custom and tradition all former US Senators are forever granted the sobriquet of Senator. Representative to the State or from the State to the Federal House are seldom if ever granted any form of gratious title.
